To achieve economic prosperity of the company, it is important to create, develop and strengthen relationships with the right customers using appropriate and properly deployed tools. Such a tool for strengthening the relationship may be providing appropriate logistics services in an optimal manner. To do so, however, we need to know the perception of the benefits of each tool for strengthening the relationship from the perspective of the customer and determine how the customer perceives the current quality of these tools. This information will help suppliers improve their logistics performance and deepen the relationship with the customer. The paper presents the results of a primary research in a selected customer's enterprise. It states which tools used in the context of logistics service are considered to be beneficial by workers of the customer's enterprise and how they perceive the current quality thereof as provided by the selected supplier.
