The paper deals with assessment of the impacts of CSR on business competitiveness. The purpose of the article is to find out whether and in what way the individual aspects of CSR contribute to strengthening of competitiveness. The main research goal is to identify and specify competitive advantages which the managers of leading Czech companies see in the area of CSR policy.
