Approximation methods have become commonplace to avoid the computational burden of engineering problems analysis. In this paper the Kriging approximation which is a popular surrogate model to approximate deterministic noise-free data is explained with a basic theory and a smart interactive workflow of a simple version of the kriging method in literature. Even if Kriging is cheap to evaluate, and also have proven to be very useful for estimating tasks, it highly depends on its parameters. For this reason, an application of the interactive simple kriging demonstration is presented with five experiments to explore the behavior of Kriging approximation. All experiments are run separately, and the results are presented. Then finally, it is discussed, and its shortcomings are noted.
