Development and optimisation of SPE/CZE method for the analysis of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs from water
Popis výsledku v původním jazyce
This study is focused on SPE development for extraction selected acidic drug residues from water environment. Target drugs are chosen from the group of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs: salicylic acid, diclofenac, ibuprofen, ketoprofen, naproxen andacetaminophen. Optimisation of the SPE method contains effeciency of extraction, despending of pH and volume of loaded sample and volume of elution sol-vent. In addition, this study presents using of capillary zone electrophoresis as a very suitable analytical method for final analysis of these residues. Work in this study includes experi-mental development of these methods for their possible use not only for determination of selected drug residues, but also for determination of another similar compounds from real samples of water.
