In their paper, the authors of education and increase of managerial competence within the accredited Master Study Programme "Economics and Management" at the Faculty of Business and Management. One of the main outcomes of the Economy and Management Program is highly qualified, educated and flexible work force - our graduates - who will consequently contribute towards high and stable employment of the Czech Republic while respecting principles of sustainable development. Dynamics of environment show thatthe subjects implemented into study programs and study fields must constantly take into consideration not only changes and requirements of their target group - students, but also requirements of their potential employers. That is why these proposed improvements of the subject content and form is only the beginning. A new approach to "Business Enterprise"subject doesn't consist only of these measures, but is also based on performed analyses and considers changing demands of target groups
