This study investigates the effects of process approach implementation of ISO 9001 on performance of selected companies in Czech Republic before, during and after the economic crisis and the relation between the level of process approach implementation and the level of companies success. The research was carried out in selected companies from all business sectors using the questionnaire survey. The findings show that companies with effective process approach implementation have generally benefited from that compare to other companies.
