Substances migrating over the capillary in capillary electrophoresis (CE) may be affected by various physical stimuli without the need for large adjustments of the device. In particular, it is a whole range of lasers (laser diodes or classical LEDs) of different wavelengths and intensity. In addition, the capillary can be tempered usually in the range of 20-60 °C or influenced by the magnetic field by magnet. As a result, the capillary can be used as a nonreactor for preparations (synthesis) different substances that can be induced with irradiation, temperature, microwaves, magnetic and/or electric fields. Then the resulting product may be conjugated with biomolecules/ organics dye or others stimuli responsive materials and separated by electroosmotic flow. The novelty of this work is based on activatable or stimuli-responsive design of the CdTe quantum dots for fluorescence libeling of biomolecules driven by CE. Proposed quantum dots can be activated/synthesized by temperatures in the range of 25-90
