AIIS is easy-to-deploy software that primarily leverages smart mobile devices, workstations, laptops and tablets. It provides SMB organizations with a truly flexible tool for managing simple and more complex processes, as well as a tool for detailed and effective monitoring of the work of human resources in these processes. Specific and unique features of the software AIIS involve automated implementation through a series of internal AI services that are the result of applied research (see Technical specifications). The project was referred to as "Mango Control AI" in the days of preparation, this name was defined as purely working. During the course of the project, a search for a new short name for the software took place and the result was the name "AIda". It has been used during the research. The current commercial name for individual business activities, particularly in the case implementation phase, is the name "AIIS".
