Integrating Diversity Management and Employee Awareness into Sustainable Development Practices in IT and Robotics Organisations: a Pan-European Perspective
Popis výsledku v původním jazyce
This article explores how IT and robotics companies integrate diversity management and employee awareness into sustainable development strategies. A mixed-methods approach was applied, combining survey data from 20 European organisations with interviews with senior leaders. Results demonstrate that while most organisations adopt diversity policies, their implementation is inconsistent. Regular awareness programmes significantly improve innovation, employee engagement, and alignment with sustainability goals. The paper proposes the Sustainable Diversity and Awareness Integration Model (SDAIM), highlighting inclusive HR practices, continuous awareness, leadership accountability, and cross-functional collaboration. Findings emphasise that technological tools, including AI, can support integration but cannot replace human-led engagement. Overall, diversity management and employee awareness are shown to be critical enablers of sustainable competitiveness in the European IT and robotics sectors.
