This chapter examines the crucial role of modern technologies in civil protection education. It highlights how digitalization has increased the efficiency and accessibility of information transfer, supporting both theoretical and practical training through e-learning platforms, crisis simulators, and educational mobile applications. The use of virtual and augmented reality enables safe, immersive simulations of emergency scenarios, significantly improving preparedness for both the general public and emergency professionals. Artificial intelligence enhances crisis prediction and personalized learning, while mobile apps and social platforms facilitate rapid communication, guidance, and community engagement during emergencies. Cloud technologies promote real-time sharing of educational resources and international cooperation. Despite clear benefits, challenges such as infrastructure, cybersecurity, and equitable access remain. The chapter concludes that the integration and further development of advanced technologies—including AI, VR, AR, and blockchain—are essential for effective civil protection education and should be prioritized by institutions and authorities.
