The chapter deals with selected aspects of legislation and implementation practice with constitutional relevance in connection with the reagent of public power in the Covid-19 pandemic in the Czech Republic. Reflecting on the state of emergency as a basic starting point for legal regulation and specifying other legal instruments to prevent the spread of the epidemic in relation to fundamental human rights, it is a matter of identifying some constitutional border areas in which the current reality (legislation and application practice) to tension with the boundaries of Czech constitutionality, which is significantly affected for the future.
