The technical report describes fabrication and assembly process of the irradiation rig for concrete samples that will be irradiated in the LVR‑15 research nuclear reactor at Research Centre Rez (CVR). The report follows the previous work covering development of the rig including supporting analyses and definition of the irradiation conditions. Moreover, report on approval of the Czech State Authority for Nuclear Safety for use of the rig in the LVR‑15 reactor is also given. The report also serves as a prove of achievement of the first phase of the project (Preparation for irradiation) according to the subcontract n.4000175520. CVŘ-3707
