We tested the inhibitory effect of five isolates of Wickerhamomyces anomalus, six isolates of Kazachstanis humilis, K. pseudohumilis, K. barnetii, K unispora and four isolates of Kluyveromyces lactis and K. marxianus against on growth of mycelia of eight species of Aspergillus sp. and six species of Penicillium sp. obtained from contaminated food and manufacturing plants.
