Professional work which is focused on EU milk quota policy. The relatively favourable agricultural enterprise and farm structure with dairy cow keeping, the milk yield and quality comparable with EU-15, the improved conditions of rearing and housing of dairy cows, the skilled workers in the animal production, the relevant management and ability for flexible producer reactions on changed market conditions, all mentioned facts create the presumptions to reaching of full gathering of negotiated national milk quota and to full ability to market competition for individual producers in comparison to milked cow farmers. It is clear of course, that in spite of all advantages of cattle keeping in the Czech Republic, the milk production under EU conditions willneed significant effort, conscientious, responsible work and good co-operation of producers, processors, people in market and professional and state organizations as well.
