Relationship of milking equipment type to the expressions of milk secretion disorders
Popis výsledku v původním jazyce
There was observed the relationship of milking equipment type to the expressions of milk secretion disorders during lactation number. The samples were collected from 9 farms with pipeline milking equipment (PME) and from 11 farms with milking parlour (MP). The animals were tested for: clinical udder investigation, California mastitis test from each quarter, investigation of mastitis pathogens, somatic cell count, lactose, milk protein and solids non fat. The classification of the secretion disorders wasperformed according to diagnostic results: clinical mastitis; subclinical mastitis; latent infection; nonspecific mastitis; healthy mammary gland. The results show the higher occurrence of CM and NM and also the lower rate of healthy mammary gland occurrence 13.4% (X2 = 0.55, P > 0.05) in PME compared to MP and the higher samples count under 400 ths/ml for SCC in all lactation orders in case of MP. In: Acta fytotechnica et zootechnica, 2009, 12, Spec. Issue. ISSN 1335-258X.
