The quality is a complex of different parameters. Some of these parameters are subjective, other of them are objective. The academics and entrepreneurs are according in the view, that the main parameters of quality are defined by customer. The level of quality the logistic processes is related with the changing requirements to the process and its ability to achieve the goals. The levels of logistics services and their potential range are defined in the article. The range of logistic services is constantly expanding. The modern logistics processes have to be faster, more effective, less expensive, and more flexible. The article is focused on particular tools of quality management logistics processes for logistics services providers. The tools of quality management in particular companies are defined on the base of primary research. The companies, as an object of research, are logistics services providers DHL Express CZ and HOPI Inc. The article defines the conditions of entrepreneurship in the particular companies. The main result of the article is the description of quality management trends application in particular companies, as examples of good practice. The next result of the article is the conclusion about the suitability of some trends the quality management in modern entrepreneurship. The primary research is realized with method of unstructured interviews.
