Case Presentation: Solid Pseudopapillary Neoplasm

This invited lecture presented a case report of a solid pseudopapillary neoplasm of the pancreas, a rare tumor with low malignant potential that predominantly affects younger patients. The presentation focused on clinical presentation, diagnostic work-up including imaging techniques and histopathological evaluation, and surgical management as the treatment of choice. Differential diagnostic considerations, indications for surgical intervention, and postoperative prognosis were discussed. The lecture highlighted the importance of multidisciplinary collaboration among surgeons, pathologists, and gastroenterologists in the diagnosis and management of this rare pancreatic neoplasm.
