On the basis of an empirical survey conducted in the Czech Republic from 2010-2012 in the area of real estate industry, we have focused on the value driving factors of companies using different business models (real estate agents, real estate developers,individual and institutional investors, facility management companies). The obtained results help analysts and appraisers identify the factors on which the income based value of the particular type of real estate companies depends most, and where it istherefore of immense importance to pay attention by analysing the company financials and crafting a financial plan.
