Article focuses on the digital transformation and its ramifications for the labor market. Specifically, this paper is a theoretical analysis concerned primarily with occupation-based approach and task-based approach – both of which are used when assessing such ramifications. Ultimately, it strives to contribute to the current academic debate, by indicating whether Task-based approach or Occupation-based approach results appear more in congruence with reality, via focusing on Central Europe.
