Evaluation of Change Product Quality using Complex system Approach
Popis výsledku v původním jazyce
Comprehensive system approach and application of the methodology for solving technical problems in manufacturing practice can be used to improve safety and economic indicators of technical objects. In technical practice must be accepted the technical safety by the operation in the first place. While maintaining certain lifetime without the occurrence of limit states or degradation. Due to the increase in technical performance, where technical objects are overloaded (mechanically, thermally, dynamically, etc.) and are increasingly demanded, it is necessary to use new methodologies of approach such as a complex system concept in both the primary production and the solutions already existing limit states. This methodology enables, on the basis of the reciprocal procedure, to detect, but at the same time to predict, the beginnings of degradation processes. It uses internal and external factors, and also uses NDT and DT methods. The aim of the chapter is to present the application of the methodology of complete system approach to a particular product that has changed quality during the production process.
