Hybrid accounts represent an example of a successful integration of the environmental issues within the framework of the conventional national accounting system. Regional national accounts existence enables regional hybrid accounts compilation customizedfor the conditions and goals of the local environmental policy. The paper describes the possibilities of compilation of the regional hybrid accounts with a view to availability of respective economic and environmental data within the conditions of the Czech Republic.
