The following article shortly describes innovation process of information system in the academic environment at Department of Manufacturing Systems. The main reasons for implementation of information system at Department of manufacturing system are facilitation and simplification of communication between members of department, students and other persons interested in information. Current systems appear as unsuitable and deficient in the long period. The article consists analysis of current situation anddefinition of conditions for building an information system. The finally part describes time scheduling by the information system at Department of Manufacturing Systems and about implementation of the information system.
