Research of actively controlled air-suspended seat for vehicles
Popis výsledku v původním jazyce
Transmissibility characteristics of passively-suspended seats are discussed. Transmissibility of the developed actively-suspended seat, requested at the start of the development, is presented. Control hardware and software of the seat are briefly described. Laboratory testing procedures with 2-DOF dummy and their results on both passively- and actively-suspended seats are demonstrated. On-road measurements of suspended seats with driver on a truck were carried out. Results indicated active involvement of the person, sitting on any suspended seat, in the control of his motion not only on bad tracks but on good roads as well. General approach for selecting optimal seat transmissibility based on theoretical 1-DOF models without considering the role of seat occupant is demonstrated to be dubious. Laboratory tests of the actively-suspended seat with real persons are therefore prepared. Test rig with 6-DOF, on which the experiments will be carried out, is briefly described.
