"During the whole history humen create artificial systems - technical artefacts as well as institution as efficient oriented social systems. Last three centuries, known as ""industrial age"", personate qualitative break" Cybernetics and system science ofthe middle of last century make significant land-mark in system development. Both disciplines form universal knowledge of organisation and control of systems. "As a respective branch of ""System Engineering"" they enabled design and realisation of exceedingly complex artefacts." Pragmatic principles of both disciplines become standing part of education of technical disciplines - but often without explication of the merits and understanding of both disciplines.
