Influence of Implementation of the Lean Production Concept on Development of Market Structures

The paper analyzes impact of implementation of the Lean Production concept on development of market structures as a significant factor of innovative development of market structures and increasing competitiveness. It is pointed out that a developed competitive environment is an important factor for efficiency of innovative activities of high-technology enterprises that is required to improve the standing of high-technology business on a competitive market. From the macroeconomic point of view, when fringe firms implement Lean Production, it can result in the price decrease and GDP growth. It is substantiated that the state support of small and medium enterprises in such ways as the tax burden decrease, subsidies for modernization and implementation of modern production management technology smoothens costs of firms of the competitive fringe and a dominant firm that does not have access to such benefits. It all creates unique conditions for transforming and improving the market structure. The following scientific research methods have been used to prepare the paper: graphical and analytical methods, deductive analysis and statistical methods.
