Researchers from territorially and historically related regions dealing with the issue of pre-Modern family and changing position of women in various social situations were participating in an expert workshop. The results of this workshop will be published in a form of a textbook (training material for the upcoming summer school - in English). The academic participants (three from the applicant's institution, five from partners' institutions - 2 PL, SK; 1 UA) presented their work and research on the topic in a workshop. The workshop was held on the premises of the applicant's institution (Opava). The event was held in a hybrid format if needed. Active workshop participants from partner institutions were provided with accommodation for two nights. All-day catering was be provided for workshop participants on the day of the workshop (this is a full-day event lasting at least 8 hours). All materials for event participants were provided online. The aim of the event was to establish (or strengthen existing) contacts in the field of gender and family history research by means of introduction of the research orientation of participating academics. Workshop also served as a preparatory meeting for the organizers and academic participants of the summer school.
