In this article we have attempted to describe the concept of teleworking, present some facts demonstrating the dynamics of its development, bearing in mind experience from the European teleworking tiger, Finland, and lay out a research framework for theCzech Republic. In addition, we have chosen an auction-based web service, which enables Czech freelancers to become teleworking without any limitations and barriers. In conclusion, we provide some recommendations for further research and initiatives in the respective area.
