Internet has brought new challenges for distance learning. For this learning method heterogeneous and distributed architecture is one of the most prominent features. These demands can be fulfilled by means of local intelligence using multiagent systems.In this paper a multi-agent architecture of e-learning environment is presented including basics of it's' implementation. Agent structure, general framework and workflow were designed in order to simplify information flows with the aim to overload the computer resources and to keep system overhead as low as possible.
