Martina Blašková, Ph.D., was a co-guarantor of the forum. In addition, it was the guarantor of one of the two basic parts, namely: the 18th International Scientific Conference "Development of Human Potential". The Forum presented presentations by representatives of CEPOL, authorities of the Lithuanian Ministry of the Interior and academics from more than 15 countries.
