The chapter surveys the development of organised crime in the CR in connection of the development of crime on the whole and in connection with the development of public opinion and fears from organised crime. It focused on the growth of extent and significance of serious economic crime and on the mixture of organised and economic crime in the CR. It brings the possible view on ?traditional? organised crime and on its new forms interconnected with serious economic and financial crime and corruption withrelations to the state administration.
