The study describes initially the situation in the CR as in the country in transition. It analyses the roots and history of development of organised crime in the CR, and the specific economic, political and social factors that influenced this development. It brings the picture of substantial activities of organised crime groups with a specific focus on the organised crime in economic area. Finally, it reflects the possible impact of huge project “One belt-one road” on the shape of organised crime.
