Autor předkládá dvě výzkumné otázky své disertační práce. Následně se zabývá legislativním vývojem v oblasti exekučního práva. Předkládá také vývoj ekonomických ukazatelů ovlivňujících zajištění činnosti exekutorského úřadu. V závěru příspěvku definuje dílčí závěry své disertační práce, které se týkají problematiky nákladů exekuce.

The paper deals with the evaluation of the sufficiency of the costs of execution in relation to current legislation and economic indicators. The execution tariff was substantially amended. Especially against the background of legislative work in the field of enforcement law in 2019 and 2020, a significant trend of receding from the systematic and professionalism of the adopted regulation can be observed. In addition, the legislative analytical activity and the impact assessment of the adopted regulation are completely neglected. Therefore, in many cases, the main motive for the new regulation is the individual human cases of the participants in the proceedings submitted to the legislators, which have subsequently been considered a systematic and common practice. The author has set two questions in the introduction, to which he seeks answers in the course of the work and in the end he gives answers.
