Die Expertenübersicht macht die deutsche Fachöffentlichkeit mit der Situation der kulturellen Bildung in der Tschechischen Republik vertraut. Die Situation der kulturellen Bildung wird in Bezug auf die Geschichte unseres Landes beschrieben. Das breite Verständnis der Konzepte von Kultur und kultureller Kompetenz wird mit dem Konzept und der Tradition der kulturellen Bildung in Deutschland verglichen. Der Autor präsentiert eine Expertendiskussion zur Behandlung dieses Konzepts in den Lehrplandokumenten unseres Landes und in der Praxis des Schulunterrichts sowie in Bezug auf die Bildung im öffentlichen Raum und die Zusammenarbeit mit der Kulturabteilung der Städte.

The expert overview study acquaints the German professional public with the situation of cultural education in the Czech Republic. The situation of cultural education is described in relation to the history of our country. The broad understanding of the concepts of culture and cultural competence is compared with the concept and tradition of cultural education in Germany. The author presents an expert discussion concerning the treatment of this concept in the curricular documents of our country and in the practice of school teaching, as well as in relation to education in public space and cooperation with the cultural department of cities.
