The growth of creative economy is linked to the developing and strengthening of creative skills.It has a consequential effect on increasing the competitiveness of the economy. While in the past was used the concept of knowledge or information economy, nowadays we speak about creative economy. In developed economies the movement of manpower from production to the sphere of services is observable. This fact contributes to the increased importance of examining the expansion of creative economy. The paper focuses on the important of implementing the creative work using the expert group method within solutions of particular problems in a managerial practise.
