The contribution introduces a new feature of an automatic generator of parameterized questions. The image as a new data type of the input variable parameters is presented and a possibility of inserting images into the question and the answer text is described. The content of a variable image is randomly generated with respect to the values of other generated parameters in the question text or answer text. In the article the whole process of generation of images and questions is explained including the consequent transformation into demanded output formats. Different approaches of image processing are explained with respect to different output formats and with respect to image placing in the different part of generated tasks. The generated image can be placed into the task text as well as into the text of particular options in the case of multiple-choice question. The results of the described process are presented on the examples of different output formats.
