The aims of the study are the mechanical and stereological measurement and computer model of smooth muscle and connective tissue of gastropods tissue. The mechanical measurement has shown the sensitivity of the tissue on amplitude and velocity of loadingforce. The stereological methods were used to identify the structure parameters of tissue. Simultaneously the model describing the behaviour of soft tissues is being developed. The interconnection between structural and mechanical parameters and the computer model enable us to identify parameters of this model. The model can be than applied to similar tissue.
