Louis-Ferdinand Céline, romancier, est également auteur de 4 pamphlets publiés entre 1936 et 1941: Mea culpa, Bagatelles pour un massacre, L´École des cadavres et Les Beaux draps. Ces textes polémiques sont-ils une partie intégrante de l´?uvre de Céline? Quant au plan stylistique ils semblent représenter une étape importante dans l´évolution du style de l´auteur, contribuant ? la naissance de son cél?bre ? style émotif ?. L´analyse de sa composante lexicale rel?ve un grand nombre d´expressions grossi?res, vulgaires, scatologiques et d´injures extr?mement variées. Les créations lexicales céliniennes sont souvent comiques, néanmoins en combinaison avec le contenu haineux des pamphlets cet humour est difficilement acceptable.

Louis-Ferdinand Céline entered literature in 1932, publishing his first novel Journey to the End of the Night. The series of his next novels was interrupted in the years 1936 to 1941 by four polemic texts: the anticommunist Mea Culpa and the anti-SemiticBagatelles pour un massacre, L?École des cadavres and Les Beaux draps. Quite a large number of copies of the pamphlets were printed, but after the war, the author himself forbade their further publication. This prohibition still remains valid today. Thepamphlets are quite difficultly available, therefore they are not well known. Do they stand apart of Céline?s literary works or are they an integral part of them? Concerning the style, they seem to be an important stage of the evolution of Céline?s writing, contributing to the creation of the author?s famous emotional style.
