Paper discusses the most important aspects which are likely to occur in practice (based on the author's ten years of experience with outsourcing projects), and will lead the staff towards a higher level of respect in terms of organization and communication. The article elaborates on findings from the analysis of 15 projects of one company and interviews with responsible persons and management of 5 other important IT companies. The transmission of enterprise informatics under the management of an external supplier in the form of the partial or complete outsourcing trend is related to the reduction of costs, the increase in efficiency of key business processes and the availability of quality. The problem is not usually on the part of service levels, butmainly the understanding of the business of the customer, and the communication and management of personal relationships.
