This article discuss the possibilities of involvement of online applications, network services and social networks into a so-called "cloud learning". The current major use of internet services, the dominance of web browsers and the impending coming of new, network-oriented operating systems (OS platform from Google: Chrome OS and Web OS from Palm-HP) is offering a new approach to the contents and forms of the new forms of education in the field of modern information technologies. This paper discuss background, theoretical paradigm and the use of the network services in the area of the personal electronic agendas, office applications and wide variety of online editors usable in the context of e-learning and blended learning approaches with minimal requirements in custom software and hardware equipment. A practical framework of the concept of cloud-learning is demonstrated in the syllabus of the optional course for Bachelor studies performed on the premises of the Faculty of Education.
