Das Buch präsentiert die Ergebnisse der Forschung in drei gebieten der deutschen Philologie - Grammatik, Semantik und Pragmatik - sowie ihre mögliche Anwendung im Unterricht. Der erste Teil untersucht die Formen des sprachlichen Handelns in ihrem sozialen und situativen Kontext. Der zweite Teil beschäftigt sich mit der Struktur, der Verwendung und Distribution von einfachen und komplexen Wörtern und der dritte Teil behandelt ausgewählte grammatische Probleme (Morphologie, Syntax) aus der Sicht des Rezipienten.

This book presents the results of contemporary research in three areas of German philosophy - grammar, semantics and pragmatics - and possibilities in their application in students' language use. The first part deals with forms of speech acts under social and situational context. Second part deals with structure, use and distribution of words, and the third one deals with chosen grammar phenomena (morphology, syntax) from recipients' point of view.
