Readiness of small and medium-sized enterprises in V4 for stress management interventions
Popis výsledku v původním jazyce
In the V4 nations (Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland, and Slovakia), this monograph evaluates how prepared small and medium-sized businesses (SMEs) are to adopt stress management strategies. The article looks at both the organizational and personal levels of stress management as it examines several aspects of work-related stress in these businesses. The monograph addresses the unique traits of SMEs, such as management, human resource, and economic viewpoints, that influence their stress management strategies. It also explores the legislative systems in the V4 nations that either facilitate or obstruct these behaviors. The IGLOO model serves as a conceptual framework for the monograph‘s research, offering insights into the interventions at the organizational, leader, group, individual, and overall levels. By combining empirical data with theoretical insights, this publication aims to offer actionable strategies for enhancing the psychosocial well-being of employees and improving overall organizational health within the V4 SME context
