The aim of this paper is to introduce the methodology of the calculation of outcome of regions based on accounting data gained from ERP systems from business entities in the Czech Republic. The calculation of outcome by production and income approach with the help of accounting data could precise statistical values of outcome of any region within the country. It should be considered as the contribution to regional studies of the Czech Republic in the broadest context.
