The goal of this workshop is to provide insight into the corpus linguistics methodology and some of its currently popular tools in foreign language teaching, learning and testing. Drawn upon John Sinclair's ideas, it emphasises the importance of working with natural text data in such a context and clarifies the advantages of this approach in comparison to the AI text generators.
