The article deals with workplace risk assessment in a selected medical facility in the South Moravian region. Quantitative research, specifically questionnaire survey, has been carried out to collect the required data. As the main research methods were used; exploratory data analysis, correlation analysis and Chi-Square Test of Independence. The aim of the article is to assess the severity of individual risks and to confirm the hypothesis that each employee perceives risk identically. The greatest finding is the fact that majority of employees are in agreement about the significant risks. Among the most significant risks belong the risk of infection, lack of space or unsuitable workplace arrangement and overworking.
