The article deals with organization of working in cow husbandry in German and Czech agriculture. The analysis working studies (working method and time studies worker´s) were the base for evalution of organization work. The results of studies were compared with time work norms. We can assume in accordance with the comparison results, there are not considerable differences in level organization of working measured by time consumption on one diary cow and between here mentioned German nad Czech conditions.In consumption of time on one unit production (one litre milk) there are considerable differences.
