The current structure of the world agrarian sector has been influenced by many factors (environmental, social, economic and political factors and so on). The current world agriculture represents the set of many agrarian systems, conceptions and approaches to agrarian activities. Therefore it is very difficult to analyze the world agriculture as a whole. It is very difficult to apply the results of analyses of the world agriculture to individual countries and regions. The article is a part of the long term research, which is processing by its authors (Luboš Smutka, Michal Steininger). The article deals with the analysis of the world agricultural production and consumption.
