The complexity of current data needs and their analysis requires increasingly complex methods of both database and standards, and the involvement of several other disciplines. In this article, we introduced the idea of using a Data Quality Management (SQuaRE standards) in the relation to open data. However, the issue of Data Quality Management in the relation to open data is defined in this standardization too generally. For this reason, we need to address this issue as whole. This article defines the basics of Data Quality Management in the relation to open data for using in intelligent systems. Within our specification, the roles of individual subjects of Data Quality Management are defined, including their functions and responsibilities. The article then also identifies possible specific representatives of these entities and identifies the umbrella institution of the whole Data Quality Management for the agricultural sector case study.
