Technoparks and business incubators are the main tools for activating innovation processes. For the development of technoparks in many countries of the world, preferential tax regimes, reduced lending rates and state orders for products produced in technoparks are applied for enterprises participating in the activities of technoparks. Thanks to the state support of technoparks, favorable conditions arise for the concentration of enterprises engaged in the development and implementation of innovative technologies in one place. Technoparks analyze and select projects, ensuring effective interaction between the enterprises that implement these projects. The innovative activity of technoparks allows them to be used as a state instrument of economic, scientific and technical policy. Technoparks contribute to the processes of decentralization of economic management. The lack of effective state support for the machine-building industry is becoming the main reason for the increase in imports of machine-building products and the growth of unemployment. The creation and development of technoparks as components of the innovation infrastructure plays an important role for the development of the national economy.
