The use of grading in the process of human resource management of a machine-building enterprise allows you to optimize and spend the enterprise’s payroll more efficiently. The management of a machine-building enterprise should use various methods of motivating the personnel of the enterprise in its activities. The effective use of moral incentives makes it possible for a machine-building enterprise to partially save on the use of material incentives. The authors believe that the human resource management system of a machine-building enterprise should, first of all, take into account the peculiarities of the psyche and personality of each member of the labor collective, taking into account the main motivating factors of this employee. The process of human resource management at a machine-building enterprise should correspond to the goals and objectives facing this enterprise, as well as assist in the effective implementation of the development strategy of this enterprise. All employees of a machine-building enterprise should be clearly aware of what types of incentives they can count on for showing initiative and conscientious performance of their work duties.
