Levels of selected macro and micro elements in goat milk from two breedings in the Czech Republic.
Popis výsledku v původním jazyce
During the lactation period we have followed the contents of Cd, Cu, Fe, Pb, Zn and Ca, Mg and Cl- in the goat milk from two farms differing in the concentration of the animals and located in areas with different degree of industrial contamination. In all cases, the determined values were below the respective hygienic limits (Directive No. 298/1997 Sb.). It is not possible to derive univocal relationship between the content of the followed analytes and the term of the harvest, however (with exceptions such as Fe and Mg) higher contents can be expected at the beginning of the lactation period. The ranges for Ca, Mg, Zn, Cd, Pb and Cu in goat milk are comparable to those in the cow milk. Values for Fe and Cl- somewhat exceed those published for the cow milk.
